Mapping Perfection
Mapping Perfection
They say it’s a human tendency to make mistakes. Well, yes, we do. But have you ever looked into the depth? Why do these mistakes happen? Lack of knowledge, bad decision making, poor communication there can be several reasons behind one error. That brings us to the problem’s challenges!
REDUCE HUMAN ERRORS
WOW! GREAT!!
Get one human who accepts mistakes?
LEARN FROM ERRORS
AWESOME! INTERESTING!!
Who knows what is right and what is wrong?
UNDERSTAND ERROR GRAVITY
HOW?
Are there ways to benchmark how big blunder one makes?
AIM FOR ERROR FREE FUTURE
SERIOUSLY?
Errors on any project, how can they be eliminated?
Kaizen was established keeping in mind the concept of combining the Constitution of India and Maslow’s Hierarchy of needs.
They both are very different ideologies. But after brainstorming, we came up with the conclusion that they
perfectly blend to bring out the prominent problem solutions.
As we realized, SOPs and learning sheets have a proper structure, and they work abidingly. Like a country follows its constitution to have a systematic threshold, these rules and principles are followed. Enduring, they have a compiled knowledge we thought Maslow’s theories would pair with the constitution to motivate us towards self-improvement.

We have already discussed the errors, the challenges, and the knowledge management system. Still, as mentioned above, the human tendency will not change. But at least when we have a learning sheet handy, the same mistakes will be avoided from repeating. Preferably, we will be prepared for many upcoming challenges.
Hence, with Kaizen insights, reduce the errors!
